I’m definitely feeling under motivated right now to do any exercise. I stopped on July 22nd… and though we did quite a bit of walking in Japan… I can honestly say I’m not inclined to return to my exercise schedule right now. What a pain!

I’m trying to gradually work my way back into what I was doing:

  • meal times
  • exercise
  • sleep
  • food types

But I honestly can’t be bothered to do it all. I just want to sleep more. Since coming back from Japan, I’ve been sleeping quite a bit each night, probably around 9 hours. I guess I exhausted myself in Japan because I was already sleeping quite heavily.

Additionally, my pericoronitis hasn’t resolved itself yet. It’s not getting worse AFAIK, but it’s not getting better either the past couple of days. I thought it was probably stress-related, but now I’m not so sure.

I think it’s post-op trauma that caused it. The dentist probably disturbed the skin flap covering my wisdom tooth and it hasn’t resolved itself. I’m debating whether to get some acupuncture. Would it help?

I might take to drinking through a straw, eating on the left-side for a few days, and cleaning teeth thoroughly again. I’m just not sure what procedure really is effective!
