I’ve been working out for days. Biking 20~50 minutes each day, EVERY day. Plus walking close to 9000 steps every day. It’s quite a hectic schedule for me.

These numbers are derived from Google FIT, and TBH they are understated. I don’t know by how much they’re understated. But given that my phone sits on a table most of the day when I’m not exercising, I’d say about 10% would be a good guess.

Then there are days like today. I was biking for an hour, burned 354 calories according to Google FIT, and average 0km/h. Oh, well. Other days it barely registers a ride at all. No idea why.

When I got home, I felt pretty exhausted. Rested up a little, then donned a pair of L’eggs (in dusty gray) as treatment for my varicosities. I have to say that they really did ease the discomfort from biking so much. I’m not so keen on the waist band, it feels like I’m slowly being cut in two.

Tuesday: I think I might take a rest day today.
