I ran 1m sandwiches like you suggested. 2.0km was easy, except I started out going uphill after just getting off my bike. I was winded somewhat. But I got back to ZW quickly enough.

I gotta get a loop timer sorted out with variable times so I don’t have to keep hitting start timer. It’s easy to miss or cancel on my phone!

Thanks for the tip. I was surprised. I couldn’t do that a couple of weeks ago. In fact about three weeks ago, I couldn’t even run more than 300m! So I’m getting better at it.

Heart rate was slower, too. But of course, the heat was more bearable, too.
