Getting better slightly. Still no real stamina. I’ve finished the meds! Flu is going but I’m suffering post-viral fatigue. Lack energy (it comes and goes) and still some flu-type symptoms. Finally fever feels like it’s gone. Body is back in control!

Weight-wise, I’ve not been doing much exercise or eating much. The weight has come down to about 87.2kgs (for the third day). Exercise is on a limited on-off basis, so it’s hard but at least the weather is cooler now. I’ll have plenty of opportunity every day!

I don’t know how big my calorie deficit is right now. In fact, I’ve not been able to measure it accurately since October 3.

Today’s food diary: included a generous brunch, soup, and bibimbap for dinner with rice. I have no idea how many calories. I doubt it was over 2000, though.
