Well, not much to report on the weightloss front. I contracted Type A influenza so I have been laid up for the past two days. No exercise, but less food intake, too. It coincided with a typhoon so the weather wouldn’t have allowed outdoors exercise anyway.

So blood pressure is back to normal, perhaps a little high. Heart Rate is normal not 100+ like yesterday. I get typical tachycardia when I get flu. Once was around 140.

Day 2 of meds: including antivirals, inhaled Zanamavir. C. says I should get the one shot-deal. I don’t know. I feel like I can finish this. I’m definitely feeling better than yesterday.

I will probably get this year’s flu shot. Was intending to but it wasn’t available before, I think. I’ll check that.
