So that was a thing. Pulled my soleus muscle after falling off the bike. I was okay for several days until it started complaining.
Rest, a little massage, warm/ice treatment, some medicine, some soleus stretches (gentle) – thanks Kenny Paul, slow walking, etc, so it now seems to be on the mend.
Not cycling for a couple more weeks. I’m told I’m at risk of hurting it again. Sigh! To add insult to injury, I’ve gained 1kg since then! LOL!
