This is tough going. But worth it. Not sure why my BP became a problem, given the exercise I was doing. Could’ve been a virus that persisted. Don’t know.

Anyways. I still have 12kgs to go. I’ve completed this phase. I’m now thinking that I could be burning 700 calories a day … just not sure how I can manage that. But I’ve consistently burned 500 calories a day extra. So, it is possible… Suggestions, please?

But the effect on my Blood pressure is already noticeable.
