If you are looking for an online design tool there are many topnotch web page designers available. I particularly like the drag ‘n’ drop features, which are ideal for beginners who aren’t used to HTML or the like.
The only problem with online tools for website design, esp. if they are using some kind of Db is that they can be slow, and you can (not always) lose half-finished work, esp. if you haven’t saved it as you work.
