This. Exactly. No, we shouldn’t run our societies with our closed. When one of us is weak, we’re all weak. When one of us suffers, we all suffer. When one of us experience degradation of life or rights, we all are lesser for it. Yet when we seek to build up other people, we invariably benefit ourselves. It beggars belief that people think otherwise.
