Well, there you go. I managed to put on 1lb since last weight reading. Some of that could be muscle, though. The main goals at the moment are to support running, avoid going through 85kgs over LNY holidays, and try not to eat too much processed food.
So that is a gain of 3lbs from the lowest reading… but my ‘Thinner’ scales do have an inaccuracy of about 500g day to day. So who knows! Which is why I typically do regular readings and base the weight on an average. Today, I didn’t do that.
