#3 I stopped to chat with the s/o and use the bathroom (not at the same time).
#5 I stopped briefly at I’M HERE to get some H20.
#6 Diversion, I had to walk some of it. Too much traffic.
#9 I was already tired and having trouble with my right hip muscle. So I quit at 9.79KM. Sigh! I still walked the rest of the way. But at 1:47:36 I’d say “not too bad”.

The big lesson is that I’ve realized to run a 10K I need to run 5K regularly, and then I Might finish it. But to finish it well, I need to run at least 6K regularly. So that’s the new plan: 6K regularly then 10K once a week. Hope that increase my stamina with break days. I still won’t be fast. That will come next year.
