Honestly. I’m not sure how far. I know I ran about 4.5k and walked a fair bit. Total 6.9k. Not a full run. But about 70%. Whatever.
Still averaging around 10:10 per km. So not bad, overall. Short run tomorrow. Rest day on Thursday (depending on the weather). Long run on Friday. Biking on Saturday. Let’s hope the weather cooperates.
I actually forgot to take my sports watch with me, as well as my hat. It was fine, I don’t think I needed either.
