Next 4K this Saturday. Am I ready? Mmm? I didn’t do any runs on Sunday… biked a lot on Monday. Too tired on Tuesday. Gotta do something the next few days or I’ll be a bit rusty on Saturday.

I’m hoping for a time of about 42~44 minutes, though I won’t be killing myself to do it. During the race, I’ll try to get a few snaps but they won’t be as colorful as the Pink Run. Pink cheered me up a lot!

Training wise… well, I did a 10K last week. I ate a fair bit of protein and I rested a lot on Monday & Tuesday. I will start doing some exercise over the next few days. Copilot suggests adding some interval training… probably to boost my speed. I’ve not done much of that. Yet.
