I felt a little disappointed but there we have it. Today’s weight was also a little disappointing: 84.8kgs *using the breakfast discount*.

Don’t worry! Just trust in the process. I was off the diet on Saturday & Sunday… it’s nice to eat and not to worry. But I can’t do that every day.

We went to a nice restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening. I admit: I enjoyed the carbs very much, then I had a Korean Twix bar + 2 ice creams that day (both Matcha!). On Sunday, I repeated the ice cream trick and then scoffed some vitamin milk for late night snacks. That’s not a recommendation, by any means.
