It looks like people with dark circles under eyes for a few days might have been doing something we’ve done a lot: taking a long flight.

Are you one of those who can’t sleep on long flights, like I can’t? It’s a horrible experience, long and tedious to take a flight over 10 hours. I just wonder how to avoid the lethargy on either end…

I know the basics:

  • get plenty of rest
  • avoid caffeine and alcohol
  • drink lots of water
  • wear looser clothing
  • move around a lot if you can.

But do you have any other suggestions?
