I’m adding a few tweaks to my 80kg plan to help me get there.
No major prizes for guessing what they are.
- 3 exercise sessions a day to keep up the metabolism speed. So that’s the goal.
- No carbs for dinner.
- Early to Bed (ie. before 1 a.m.)
- and … keeping a note of breakfast time
None of these is particularly new: I’ve done them all at separate times but this is the first time I’m attempting to do all of them together with the rest of what I’m doing. Good god! I’m only 4kgs away from my target… HOW F**King hard can it be to reach that before 12/31/24?
