So I finished week 10 at 84.1kgs.
At day 71, I recorded 84.1kgs as my finishing weight, I’m tired right now. My body’s beginning to show that. So early to bed to catch up on sleep. So my diet holiday is real! During the down time, I will go back to maintenance diet/habits.
So what are the plans?
How bad will it get? Well, August 5th… I’ll start exercising harder again. So we’ll see. 4kgs in 60 days? That’s the plan. Well, the best laid plans tend to go awry.
