There’s quite a bit of concern now that the code for the latest exploits that threatened Google has now gone public. In fact, if you are using IE6.0 your browser is still vulnerable, and there’s no sign that a solution is available immediately for this, except by upgrading your browser to IE7.0 or (better yet) IE8.0.
Of course, I was horrified when I went to K-Mall in Taipei Station this week. I realized many netbook vendors who are shipping XP for small pcs installed on many lower-end netbooks have NOT installed anything more than IE6.0.
So if you just bought a netbook running XP, make sure you upgrade your browser, straightaway!
