It’s the end of week 4. I ate too well last weekend! We celebrated reaching a milestone of 20kgs lost, with a long bike ride and Malaysian food for dinner! Of course, that meant rice with BBQ skewers, beef stew and satay. We’re talking calories, followed by soy bean milk with black grass jelly. Honestly, 1000 calories if not more.
On Sunday, I also ate out, though I tried to eat earlier, the calories were nice but the food itself was ‘questionable’, sigh! Let’s say that I ate quite well over the weekend. The scales on Monday weren’t so kind. Doh! No worries. It’s fine. Having reached 85.2 kgs the previous week, I was kind of glad that I had a chance for a respite, and an easier weekend.
This week, though, my left soleus muscle has been bothering me again. I’m not sure why that is the case. Acupuncture might help, I’ve also been doing soleus stretches (gently, I might add) and massage of the affected areas. Yesterday, I rested again.
My scales have been promising me that I’m thinner for a while. I’m not sure how reliabe they are… so I figure there is an error of about +/-1% variance in the weight, though sometimes it says things like 80.8kgs or 70.4kgs. I figured that the unit is getting a little old.
