Week 2 results are unimpressive. I’m not sure why. I started the week at 86.3 and ended 86.4. Of course, I felt particularly tired on Tuesday & Thursday. I don’t know why. I suspect I wasn’t eating enough iron and calories.

I have also implemented a more restrictive eating schedule by trying to allow my body time to rest. Overall, I’ve managed about 14 hours break before eating again. It’s not quite the 16-8 schedule that people ‘rave’ about. But 14-10 feels about right for me.

It seems I’ve really hit a brick wall right now at around 86.4. I’m also not sure why. My body clings to that weight… we’ll see what happens next week. I think I can crack that limit, but time schedule for dinner seems to be a real problem. Sigh!
