I often see Sunday cyclists all kitted out like they were in the Giro or Tour. Their bicycles have no bells, no kickstands, and riders that have only fashion sense.
Worse, the riders display no consideration for other riders, fail to observe basic road safety including red lights, and often are too amped up on testosterone to behave rationally.
