So the weather is still chilly, and I have toothache in the back right molar. Probably some detritus from a few days ago. Might be gingivitis… so I’ll need to get it checked tomorrow or Tuesday to stop it getting worse.

Quite tired today as well, from running up and down to Shihlin by bike. And the calendar keeps looking at me! Can I really lose another 6kgs between now and May?

The recent stats aren’t promising. I’m holding my own at 87kgs but the stats from last year showed me as burning 2350 calories and exercising 150 minutes ON AVERAGE over an extended period. I’m not reaching that, right now. Only 2140 and 115 in February. That 210 calories is nearly 0.8kg.

Sighing! Heavily. How can I motivate myself? Well, I guess I need to fall back on what I was doing last year. Just doing it, not thinking about doing it. Doing it gets it done!
