Ah! Now I know why a post – with info about Tiananmen and photos that were part of the historical record – I shared was flagged & removed. The post had already been disseminated widely, was widely regarded as accurate, and documentary in nature. I should try to find it again and reshare it.
I posted and reposted this article about the Tiananmen incident. It was deemed inappropriate. Exactly why? Because it offended someone? Hardly. Turns out that FB was trying to suck up to someone in China. Well. Tiananmen Censorship on Facebook? I asked the question then, turns out the answer was a resounding:

Facebook promotes fake content from real users, but takes down real content from real people because of “Community Standards”. Bullshit. Big fat balls of stinky Bullshit.
