I forgot to add some notes: It’s hard to run after biking! But one of the weird things is that avg heart rates on bike are so low. I think there’s a measurement issue. I’m also much faster on a bike, all things considered. My body seems to work slower, though. I don’t get it.
So now I’ve developed a plan: I still don’t know if I want to do the 10K in Kinmen… but I figured I need to be able to deal with 4 things:
rain
cold
early hours
wind
Out of the four, I’ve dealt with wind in Tainan and sudden cold (today). Still the rain and early hours to go.
