I think that’s a first: consistently under 10:00 minutes. I’ve never done that before. I’m updating my chart as soon as possible. What is a surprise is how fast and how unbreathless I was. I guess it’s having enough rest. I haven’t done much exercise since Sunday. Rested on Monday & Wednesday. LOL!
This chart is the average for 5 x 1km sessions, sometimes on the same day, same run, sometimes not. So currently, I’m able to go upto 9:40. In order for me to reach the cutoff in my next challenge: 21K… I need to be able to be consistently faster than 8:32… so we’re about 1m off. I will start pushing myself a little to beat 85 minutes for a 10K run. That is the next goal. I’m still at 107m for a 10K. Oh, well.
