200m short of a 10K! Oh, well. Better short than ‘didn’t get out of bed’.
I’ll be doing some specific training for speed next year, once I’m confident in a 10K. But I might need a decent coach to help me get the right exercise routine. If I can run a 10K, I can almost certainly do a 21K. But I don’t know if I want to do any more than a half. At my speed, it gets boring to run more than about 2 hours. So I think that’s probably my limit.
