It was a wee bit driech when I went for a run, but otherwise the weather was great. Here is the report for yesterday’s short run. I’ve been taking it easy.
It’s misclassified as cycling. It’s not. Jogging, LOL!
It’s funny how things don’t improve in a linear fashion. A couple months ago, I could barely run 100m. Now I’m doing this regularly. But it just occurred one day, I started it after doing short walk/runs.
Now I’m thinking: how much further can I push this? … The times are not great. It’s still 11~12m per km. So kinda slow. I’m just thinking about my race calendar up to January!
