Stopwatch time was 14:51. So I screwed up the time by 13seconds. The good news is that is total distance of 1.4km.
The actual workout was more consistent with 54% in Aerobic and 43% intensive. Heart varied between 104 and 122. Nothing crazy like Saturday.
Overall, a victory. Now on the carbs front: well, less progress. I scarfed down 4x cookies and 2 thin slices of Alain Rakamr’t‘s bread with my dinner soup. Delish.
