Having been tailgated by heavy motorbikes on Prov highway 65 and 64 on multiple occasions, I expect the riders would not have sufficient stopping space if the cars in front had to do an emergency stop or had to slow down suddenly… the rider wouldn’t probably survive the injuries from a head on collision with the vehicle less than 10 meters in front.
It is a frequent occurrence on those roads. I can’t imagine how bad it would be if they were able to ride on the motorway… Traffic is often insane as it is. Anyway, check out the story for yourself.
