Weight loss is ongoing but very slow after the initial drop. In fact, it always seems to be that way! So here are the numbers, what I’m tracking and my current status.

Jogging wise: well I’m now able to run about 16% of my 4K run. So there’s that. I’m hoping that I can get to 66% before the actual date, without killing myself, my knees or having an accident. The weird thing is about jogging: how fast the trip seems to go when you’re running! A 20 minute walk seems to fly by much faster!

The big project for this weekend is to buy new running shoes, run 1600 steps or approx. 30% of the 4K. We’ll see.
