I had thought it would be more, but I miscalculated my step size by 10% which cut it down from 18% to this! Rest for 48 hours before trying again.
Honestly, I don’t think I’ve sweated so much since I rode back from Yungho the first time in June. My clothes were literally full of water. I had to peel them off me!
So I’m guessing next time’s target should by around 29% of a 4K run. Holy smokes! I honestly don’t think I can do that.
That’s an extra 12% of 5500 steps or around 700 steps. Hey, once you put it like that… it doesn’t seem so terrible! That would be about 1600 steps in total!
