I mostly exercise at night. The AQI has been pretty decent recently. I also try to stay away from main roads (but on a bike that’s sometimes easier said than done).

Well, I don’t use suncream … I need a little Vitamin D from those moonbeams. Christine just found me some non-oily suncream which works much better than the stuff I was using before. It doesn’t run when you sweat.
Night time has been really cool recently, though humidity adds to the discomfort level. Of all three, the humidity is probably the biggest issue but even that drops off in September.
