I thought I wasn’t pursuing a particularly aggressive preparation strategy… but I am mixing it up: long rides, long walks, uphill walks, increasing running sections, short bike rides, rest days… I won’t be ready but at least I might even have a new pair of running shoes!

I finally realized that it’s not what people say that matters, only what you do. If you do it, you do it. You do it. If you don’t, well… shut up then! So I decided to do it.
