Well, it’s two weeks since our summer trip was over. The only big news is that I’ve not gained any more weight!! LOL!
I’m not really in full training mode yet. Still only managing moderate amounts of exercise on a regular basis. But the weight is under control again. Unlike my wisdom tooth, which is still being a pain. So IOW, not much.
The goal is to participate in several shorter fun runs (4K or 6K). I’m not sure I’m ready for that, my training hasn’t been going… you thought I’d add the word ‘well’ right? But I didn’t…
I’m sure I can finish a 4K in under 60 minutes. The wife said she’d never seen me run … for anything. I think she’s probably right. This weekend, I’m planning on getting some new shoes to help protect my knees better. Not much else to report.
