After a week of lethargy, I finally took Craig’s advice and got out for 5 minutes exercise last night. It really wasn’t so bad. In fact, I probably managed about 30 minutes: 20 minutes walk and a quick bike ride. I honestly didn’t burn a whole heck of a lot of calories but I don’t expect to restart a full exercise schedule immediately either.
