Well, there are some insane customer review or CRS systems in Taiwan.
The first is the Mazda Review policy. They send out their customer reviews with literally dozens of questions. I love my Mazda and their service otherwise I wouldn’t go back. Topnotch garage, helpful education for drivers like myself! Nice environment, unlike 2004 when I bought my car.
But I resent their CRS review forms. I have NEVER completed one because of the sheer annoyance factor: dozens of questions, dozens of grades, unknown time to completion…! Have they ever done a survey about how customers feel about their survey? I’m sure they’d be surprised because they seem to expect their customers to do their work for them!
The second is this driver review from yesterday’s taxi. The review time is 5 hours maximum. It’s hugely inappropriate. I would never review someone while I’m taking a taxi. And it’s presumptuous that the passenger has nothing better to do in those five hours after taking the taxi!
I was going to give my driver a glowing review, too. He got us home quickly & safely in difficult traffic. He was courteous and efficient! Thank you Mr. Driver 8292!
