This chart simplifies the stats I use. In short, the more I exercise the more weight I lose. If I keep the daily average up, the weight loss speeds up. As soon as it dips, the weight loss slows. What a surprise.

2250 daily average seems to be closer to 2kgs per month; while closer to 2000 I’d expect about 1.2kgs per month weight loss.

Weekly Loss Monthly Daily Output
0.5kgs 2.0kgs 2250.0
0.4kgs 1.6kgs 2150.0
0.3kgs 1.2kgs 2050.0

So it would seem that an extra 100 calories a day will produce about .1kg weight loss per week. So if you want to lose 3.2kgs or more in a month, you need to burn 2550 calories daily! Wow! At this late stage in the 90-day program, I’d say that is a tough order! But at least it’s a plan!
