So I finished week 8 at 84.5kgs.

Well, it was an eventful/uneventful week. The scales presented a drama about excessive weight loss, but the averages (thank god for averages!) suggested the true story. Christine keeps telling me to get new ones. Honestly, I like the name “Thinner”, and the numbers keep it honest!
The challenge going forward is to lose more than last year’s day 51 to 90.
At day 57, I recorded 84.5kgs as my finishing weight, though it’s been up and down. The airplane cookies I scarfed down the last couple of days suggest that I’m undereating by too much and overcompensating. Of course, cookies are a typically more~ish food, but I probably need to eat a few more carbs in my daily diet.

The averages are all pointing towards a number very close to that suggests at day 60, I may have maxed out my current approach to weight loss right now. It also suggests that I probably need to focus more on maintenance of the current weight loss before striking out again for 80kgs target.
Well, 80kgs is a stretch goal right now. It’s only 4kgs away or 9lbs! Last year’s weight loss involved just losing 0.8kgs averaged between day 60 and day 90! That is not optimistic! I definitely need to change something to avoid repeating that failure. I should be able to lose at 2kgs! LOL!
