So you want my analysis? Well, it’s complicated. But essentially, there are only two major candidates, neither of whom is desirable, neither of whom is under the age of Moses, neither of whom appeals to younger demographics.

On the one hand, it’s a democratic farce that is decidedly out of date; on the other, a bunch of right-wing quasi-fascist leaders, some of whom tried to foment a revolution. Which you desire least is how the electorate will vote in November. America is craving for real, true leadership again! Neither of these candidates offers that.

The real issue in the election isn’t being voted on

Should a vibrant, supposedly democratic country allow people of that certain age and above to be running for perhaps the most onerous job in the whole country? If you look at most other countries, you’ll find the leaders are decades younger.

Of course, convicted criminals also shouldn’t be allowed to run until their sentence has been served, in full. But let’s not get into that debate here.

In future, I will not post my thoughts on the election anywhere else. Follow up brain fart: voters are being asked to choose between 2 candidates: one of whom is a fascist, one of whom is possibly senile and one who is probably senile. The only question is: who is less senile? The fascist or the democrat?
