Turns out there were two errors in my spreadsheet. The errors produced a positive weight gain which didn’t make sense given the external numbers. So I’ve updated the spreadsheet.
Error 1
: I noticed that the accumulated calories burned wasn’t right. It wasn’t incrementing properly.

There’s the difference of almost a kilogram in the calories burned column (7700 calories = 1kg). There’s not a major difference in the results, however. But it highlighted the faulty assumption I made. See next!

Error 2
The 2nd error results from a recalculation of the initial weight. However, this is after correcting my initial assumption. I assumed a starting weight of 87.4kgs which means I should be getting fatter now. But I’m not, I’m still losing albeit at a slower than initial rate. So I changed the number to 88.2 which was my initial start weight, instead of a week 1 weighted average.

The results now make better sense.
