No note on the door, no FB update, no Google maps update. Wouldn’t you at least put up a note on FB when you’re away for a month and your store has daily traffic…?
Seriously, just say ‘sorry! I screwed up!’ Maybe it’s not major to you… maybe you were busy… maybe you had other fish to fry? Who knows?
But judging by the snarly responses to other complaints in their profile, I doubt posting anything will get an appropriate response. I’m pissing in the wind on this score.
On the face of it, 3 stars is generous when I didn’t get any food, wasted several hours and was embarrassed for my friends! I did remove my previous 5-star review from before, though. So technically that’s a -2 star review!
