I don’t usually report things… so this is a first. I hope NTPC can fix it!

Sorry to write in English. My Chinese isn’t so good right now.

Good afternoon!

I wonder if someone can help.

The cycle track/pedestrian path behind Hongshulin MRT station is very narrow. To help increase safety, several mirrors were erected to help cyclists and pedestrians know who or what is coming. This is a very helpful arrangement.

However, one of the mirrors has been removed (probably because of the upcoming construction of the highway) and is lying on its side. I wonder if someone could reinstall the mirror. It would be great for pedestrian safety.

The PDF has images: The location, the current situation, and the previous installation on Google Maps.

Thanks

Kenneth

I’ve nearly got hit more than several times… so I usually ring my bell loudly.

The mirror was quite useful as the path switches quite suddenly to the right and you’ll find yourself going straight into the middle instead of to the right. Pedestrians and oncoming cyclists are vulnerable.

I hope they can fix it! It’s been assigned a case number.
