I think my body fat % runs between 17.3% and 20% right now. I don’t have a tape measure… but I know by my pants size that my waist is smaller than 96cm. In fact, I can fit ‘L’ though barely. That’s about 92cm typically in Uniqlo sizes. I should measure myself carefully.
Yesterday’s activity was quite positive. But now that I’m thinner and fitter… walking and riding don’t burn as many calories even over the same distance! LOL! What’s a dieting guy got to do!!!?
