- avoiding carbs after breakfast,
- no eating after 9pm,
- restricting calories by avoiding dangerous foods,
- observing a 12 hour fast apart from drinks,
- burning 750 calories daily.
That should be enough to restart my weight loss. I’ve managed to keep the weight off for a year! So… I must be doing something right.
