  1. resistance training daily on a hill nearby,
  2. avoiding carbs after breakfast,
  3. no eating after 9pm,
  4. restricting calories by avoiding dangerous foods,
  5. observing a 12 hour fast apart from drinks,
  6. burning 750 calories daily.

That should be enough to restart my weight loss. I’ve managed to keep the weight off for a year! So… I must be doing something right.
