My weight loss is going nowhere fast… so I’ve decided to restart a food log to keep track. It’s mostly to help me avoid eating some of the things I’ve been eating at least for a short time.

- Cereal with milk & banana & yogurt
- Est. Calories = 350
Lunch
- 2 x mini-pizza with cheese (home-made) =280
- Salad from 7-11 with sweet potato = 250
Dinner
- Cheese Eggs with salad = 350
- Yogurt = 120
- Banana = 80
I also splurged on 3 different cookies. Woops! The cookies probably amounted to about … 450 calories! Geez. I gotta do better than that. I also didn’t exercise today as I’m just too tired.
