My weight loss is going nowhere fast… so I’ve decided to restart a food log to keep track. It’s mostly to help me avoid eating some of the things I’ve been eating at least for a short time.

  • Coffee w. milk
  • Cereal with milk & banana & yogurt
  • Est. Calories = 350

Lunch

  • 2 x mini-pizza with cheese (home-made) =280
  • Salad from 7-11 with sweet potato = 250

Dinner

  • Cheese Eggs with salad = 350
  • Yogurt = 120
  • Banana = 80

I also splurged on 3 different cookies. Woops! The cookies probably amounted to about … 450 calories! Geez. I gotta do better than that. I also didn’t exercise today as I’m just too tired.
