Well, between steaks and generous vegetarian buffets… and regularly eating more bread! And (perhaps) not getting enough exercise.

I did it! I found another 1.1kg. LOL! It was a year ago exactly that I started my crazy crash diet that lost me 5kgs and controlled my Blood Pressure. I wonder if I can do it again! At one point, I was exercising three times a day!
