It’s my new effort to drop to 83.5kgs, but will I be successful? Let’s see! The program is simple: burn enough calories by doing enough exercise every day. Then try not to overconsume the other times.
So to lose 3kgs, I need to burn 23700 calories more than I consume over a month. That’s about 800 calories a day more. Well, it’s ambitious! Last year, I only netted 480 calories more.
The goal is modest: lose 3kgs, then lose another 3kgs, then lose another 3kgs. Finally, lose another 3kgs, and I’m done.
After that, I’m not sure. But the end is not here.
So yesterday I woke up at 530am after going to bed early. Today was similar. Nice! I managed to get out and do half a day’s exercise before 9am! I wonder how long before this leaf is turned over again!
