On Saturday we did the run to Shihlin Takashimaya then back to Zhuwei. Round trip was about 23km plus 6km walking (estimated). That was good. The first time I managed to burn 1,000 calories in a day over and above my BMR. Did I lose any weight? Nary a gram. Sigh!
Hence the mountains! If I did that every day for a week, I might actually burn a kilogram! LOL!
