86.8kg. BMI: 29. Going in the right direction.

I’ve managed to keep my weight under control for more than 6 months, now. That’s a huge success. I initially regained nearly 2kgs+ to 89.2, but a little determination! It can be done!

Exercise hiatus since December 1st. Probably this hasn’t been a good thing, but I was tired in December. So I needed the rest anyway.

After New Year is over in February, I am wondering if I can try get rid of another 6kgs. Is it possible?
