I was surprised! I think we must have had it installed for several years. I just thought it was for light exercise, so I walked past it every day for all that time!
Today I tried the crosstrainer. It’s set a little light, but I managed to burn 45 calories on it in 7 minutes. So I guess I could use it for an alternative form of exercise. Easy enough to burn a couple hundred extra every day.
Just use it once on the way out, once on the way home. If you go out several times a day, as I do… it’s going to be additional! Nice find!
